Located an individual who was avoiding being found by not staying at their primary residence or any of their investment properties. They were being sued for millions of dollars and were aware documents would be served to them. By surveilling multiple locations, we observed the individual arrive to their residence in a vehicle that they were a passenger in and quickly got out and collected the mail for the primary residence. We pursued the vehicle and upon it stopping at it's next destination, we approached the individual and served them the documents while recording the audio and video of the serve on a covert camera.
